Winner of cfi “Best Digital Banking – Ghana” award and subsidiary of “Best Bank in Africa 2019” award winner Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited has introduced application and payment for Dubai visa on its Internet Banking platform.
This development enables customers of the Bank to apply and pay for Dubai visa online within minutes, anytime and anywhere without having to visit the banking hall.
Customers who have been set up on Internet Banking can simply log on to the platform, select VISA fees under Payments and choose Dubai Visa fees. For users who have not already activated the Payments service on the platform, they can select Self Service and click on Add Services to add the service.
They are required to provide their details and click on the Upload Data button to complete the application and make payment instantly.
The convenience is that customers do not have to go for interview or follow up on the application; the visa will be sent to the email address provided within 48 hours of application.
Commenting on the introduction of Dubai visa payment on Internet Banking, Divisional Head of Digital Banking, Mr. Leopold Armah, said “GTBank continually looks for ways to make the lives of our customers and the general public easier and simpler. We know how much people like to travel to Dubai for both business and pleasure and so we are offering them an easier and stress free alternative to applying and paying for their visas.”
