Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited (GTBank) has been named winner of the prestigious Excellence in Innovation and Technology Award at the Ghana Business Awards held over the weekend at Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra.
The award was conferred on the Bank in recognition of its leadership in product & service innovation and the use of technology to make banking accessible to all.
Divisional Head of Digital Banking, Mr. Leopold Armah expressed elation on receipt of the award. “We are very happy to be consistently recognized for our strength and unrivaled leadership in technology and innovation. It is good to know that the digital products we introduce have been widely accepted and they actually make life easier for our customers and the general public.
“For us to continually be recognized locally and internationally for our innovations means we are doing something right and awards such as this only go to strengthen our resolve to do more to make banking simple for every Ghanaian,” Mr. Armah added.

Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited since its establishment has been celebrated locally and internationally for its innovativeness, service delivery, outstanding financial performance and good corporate governance.
The bank was recently adjudged the Customer Experience Bank of the Year 2019 at the Ghana Finance Innovation Awards (GFIA).
