We have installed the latest state-of-the-art user-friendly computers to run this initiative in our branches. Simply click or select your preferred service, fill in all the required details, e-sign and click send to submit.
A ticket number will be generated for you and your request will be received by our frontline officers. This will only take a few minutes.
Once done, kindly wait to be called by any of our Tellers or Customer Information Services Desk Executives and be served swiftly. Our dedicated staff will be on hand to provide any assistance you may require in using this paperless service.
With this Paperless Banking system, your transaction records are totally safe and readily available.
Currently, 10 branches in Accra – Head Office, Osu, Labone, Airport, East Legon, Achimota, Haatso, Ashaiman, Baatsona and Kasoa – have gone paperless. All other branches will go live by Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
